The App costs £35 per month per engineer per module

Modules are the different Apps that are available within the App which are currently:

NAAD21 Kitchen Extract App
NAAD21 Ventilation Hygiene App
Support is provided by contacting us from within the App or via email or phone. We can even remotely connect to your mobile device if authorised by yourself to be able to see your screen to help troubleshoot any issues.
Absolutely not. We have partnered with an independant software company to ensure that your data cannot be accessed by any other company or NAADUK member.
We are based in Devon in the UK but have remote support tools available to assist with helping you out wherever you are in the country.
Time frames can vary depending on the amount of sign ups received at any given time but we aim to onboard you within a week of your payment being received.

Yes, instructions are sent to you when you have been onboarded along with how to access the App.
No, it is a rolling monthly contract so you can cancel with one months notice.
No, there is no initial onboarding fee, you just pay the initial £35.
No, there is no additional charge for customising your report for instance adding addtional wording or logos, so longs that your request aligns to the NAAD21 and NAAD22 guidelines and industry legal requirements.
